Spiritual wellness is represented through religion, it gives one a reason in life and thus developing a set of values that guide how they live it.

Financial wellness is the process of learning how to manage financial expenses successfully. Financial constraints at most times is the top stress causing factor amongst people. Financial stability compared to instability brings a peace of mind and satisfaction to one’s life and improves the general wellbeing of the individual.
